Traveling to the Aude

La Cite, Carcassonne FranceThere are any number of ways to get to the Aude. You'll probably be arriving at an airport or train station and picking up a rental car. Coming from
Canada I usually fly into Toulouse. I've flown there through Amsterdam, Paris, Brussels, and London. A good travel agent can help you with options.

If you're coming from the UK RyanAir has flights to Carcassonne and Perpignan, and Girona in Spain. Make sure you check their 'find lowest fares' section of the web site There are a number of other UK airlines offering cheap flights to Toulouse.

You can fly into Paris and take the TGV to Narbonne. It's very pleasant and the train leaves from the station at Charles de Gaulle airport so you don't have to go into Paris.

From the UK you have ferry and chunnel options.
